 Getting Started: Typically the process begins with the dietary analysis. We get started using the form above called "Questionnaire". This quick and easy process provides you with a really eye-opening experience as you understand more about their eating habits.
During this process two reports are generated. The first is the dietary analysis that compares the current intake of calories, protein, carbs and fats to the intake that DietMaster Pro has recommended. We can also override the system's recommendations for calories, ratios and RDAs. The second report is the nutrient analysis that identifies deficiencies in vitamins and minerals from your current food intake. During the initial consultation body composition testing is performed, goals are set and body measurements are taken.
After the analysis work is completed the DietMaster Pro coach can help you to select the best PhD meal plan template or templates that suits your dietary needs to meet your goals. We then modify it to meet your personal tastes. If you don't like broccoli, you don't have a plan set up to eat broccoli! If you eat a lot of yoghurt, we'll plan for your to include your favorite foods. Favorite meals are included in a special section of your plan for easy re-use. Your coach here also has the ability to build meal plans completely from scratch. Finally, you leave with these useful tools: Meal plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks per day for a period that averages 2-3 weeks A grocery list for easy shopping An Exercise Reference Guide is included if you're using a package. It is also available for purchase if you are using individual meal planning sessions. A DietMaster Recipie Book is included if you're using a package. It is also available for purchase if you are using individual meal planning sessions. A Food Exchange Guide is included if you're using a package. Great for switching from beans to peas, chicken to fish, or a sandwich to a soup, this guide offers you the quick reference you need to make replacement choices on to go. It is also available for purchase if you are using individual meal planning sessions. (optional) The Home DietMaster Software. With this tool, you can track your progress, make replacements for a meal you ate out or unplanned, and view, print, reprint, or change your meal plan. It prints to Adobe, Word, Excel or your own printer to share with your doctor, trainer, or other health professional. 30 days of technical support are included, so you can get up and running with manufacturer support. Your DietMaster coach will email you a copy of your plan, so you can open it in your home version. You can also mail back or bring in a completed version of your home plan to review with your DietMaster coach - great for busy people or those that travel and want to stay on track.
Follow-ups are typically every 2-3 weeks and consist of updating your personal confidential profile within DietMaster Pro, provide food alternatives using the exchange list, and visit the goals and tracking module to confirm that the rate of loss/gain is consistent with the goals set.
