anyone new to the Pilates Reformer. You will work one-on-one with your Pilates instructor, and go through
some simple exercises to see how it feels. Perfect for anyone interested in postural balance and core
strength, improved flexibility, and better muscle tone. We are careful to work at your ability level and make
your experience educational and fun!
