Below you will find a letter that tells you and other readers how I feel about what you have been able to help me accomplish.
Racing as a competitive long distance triathlete for a number of years, I have experienced the ravages of training for competition in swimming, cycling and running. Specifically, my preparation for the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in Kona Hawaii has required special dedication to my overall physical health and well being.
I have always used many techniques to improve my strength and endurance during competition as well as in my recovery However, none have played a more important role than those you Allison, and the Ishman BodyCare Center, have shown me as I continue my quest for continued health and fitness.
You have provided me with sports massage treatment that has enabled me to improve my strength In all three sports and, more importantly, has given me the ability to utilize my special skills as a runner after completing the swimming and cycling portions of a race (I get through transition better). Under your guidance and through the stretching passive resistance, and injury prevention techniques you have taught me, I have been able to post personal best times in all of the events I competed in during 1996. Most notably I placed 70th out of 1500 competitors in the Ironman Triathlon World Championships one week ago.
It is safe to say that without your help aid your dedication, I would not be where I am today. Thank you Allison for all your valued time and energy.
I wish you all the best always.
