Using the Original bodyCushion™ affords the practitioner complete access to body parts and muscle groups in ways not possible if the client is lying on a flat table, even when using pillows and rolled towels.
Use the Original bodyCushion™ to effectively position and treat clients in the prone, supine, side-lying, and seated positions.
With the Original bodyCushion™, the Face, Chest, and Pelvic Support attach to one another via adjustable Velcro® straps.
If desired, the Face, Chest, and Pelvic Supports can be completely separated from one another by detaching the Velcro® straps.
This provides maximum versatility and allows the practitioner to use the optional Breast Protector accessory with the bodyCushion™ as needed.
The Velcro® straps are also useful for attaching the Extenders, which allow the practitioner to lengthen the for longer torsos and add extra support in the side-lying position.

We wanted to address the concerns of our customers, so we avoid them entirely. If we use preservatives for shelf preservation, we would use the safest, least allergenic ones available.

Tracking shows delivered, but I don't have my package. What now?
1. Check Tracking Status: After delivery, look at the tracking information or delivery notice to find out if the driver has left your package at a different location.
2. Search Your Place: If no signature is needed, the driver might have left it in a safe place like your porch, side door, back porch, or garage. If a signature is needed, check with neighbors, the leasing office, or other people at your address.
3. Still unable to locate the package: Get in touch with the shipping company directly.
4. The package may have been stolen: Report the theft to the police. Please send us a copy of the police report at orders@ibodycare.com so we can start the claim process with the shipping company.

Return Information
You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Let us know how we can help you!
In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund. If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer. If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.
RETURN SHIPPING: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item. If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). Standard cost for most items is $5-$10 for small items, and $35-$50 for heavy items. Return shipping costs will be based on shipping weight and dimensions.
RESTOCKING: We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange.
REFUND TIMELINE: You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
