Return Information

You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery.   We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Let us know how we can help you!

In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund.  If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer.  If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.

RETURN SHIPPING: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item. If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). RESTOCKING: We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange.
