Return and Exchange Information

You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund. If a return is required, the item must be received and processed before a refund is issued.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), ibodycare will cover return shipping and provide a return label.

If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is paid by the buyer. Costs are based on weight and dimensions: $5–$10 for small items, $35–$110 for heavy items, and several hundred dollars for freight shipping on large tables.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

Furniture and Large Equipment Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Non-Custom Items: Most non-custom items such as portable tables, chairs, and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the order date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Item Condition: Items must be in original condition with all packaging and paperwork. Linens, sheets, table warmers, pillows, and table fleece are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene concerns. If packaging is unopened, an exception may be possible with manufacturer approval.
  3. Custom and Specialized Products:
    • Electric Lift Tables & Custom-Made Items: These are non-returnable as they are specifically built for you.
    • Certain Brands: Some brands have unique return policies and may include restocking fees or shorter return windows.
  4. Final Sale Items: Final sale items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Return Policies for Non-Custom and Custom-Made Items

Non-Custom Items

If you're not fully satisfied with your non-custom portable tables, chairs, or accessories, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are excluded from the refund.

  • Linens, Sheets, and Pillows: Returnable only if packaging is unopened.
  • Proof of Purchase: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required.
  • Shipping Costs: If free shipping was applied, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Custom-Made Items

Custom-made items are specifically built for you and are non-refundable. This includes electric lift tables, custom portable tables and chairs, and custom accessories.

  • Custom items that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Some brands may allow exceptions for unopened custom items with manufacturer approval.

Special Brand Policies

  • Oakworks products have a 14-day return policy from the shipping date and a 20% restocking fee. Many Oakworks items are custom-made and non-returnable.
  • Pisces Pro products are custom-made and non-returnable.
  • Master Massage accepts returns with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Vollara items are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

Final Notes

All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Restocking

Skin and hair care products, accessories, and small bolsters are subject to a $6 restocking fee per item. This fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Larger items such as portable tables, chairs, body cushions, larger cushion sets, cabinets, or similar items weighing 15 pounds or more are subject to a 10–20% restocking fee. This fee is also waived if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly. Return shipping for exchanges follows the same policy as returns.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks after the returned item is received and processed. We will notify you via email once your return is complete.
