Return and Exchange Information

You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Let us know how we can help you!

In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund. If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer. If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.

Return Shipping

For ibodycare brand products, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item.

If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). Standard cost for most items is $5-$10 for small items, and $35-$75 for heavy items. (Freight shipping for large tables is more expensive, several hundred dollars.) Return shipping costs will be based on shipping weight and dimensions.

Furniture and Large Equipment Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Non-Custom Items: You may return most non-custom items such as portable tables, chairs, or accessories within 30 days from the order date. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition. This excludes used linens, sheets, table warmers, pillows, and table fleece, which are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. If the packaging is unopened, an exception may be possible upon consultation with the manufacturer. Once opened, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.

  3. Custom and Specialized Products:

    • Electric Lift Tables & Custom-Made Items: These are non-returnable as they are specifically built for you.
    • Certain Brands: Items from specific brands have unique return policies and may include restocking fees. Ensure you check each brand's policy before purchasing or contact us to ask any questions.

  4. Restocking Fees and Return Period:

    • Some manufacturers impose a restocking fee (often around 20%) for returns. For instance, certain brands allow returns but will deduct a restocking fee from your refund amount. 

    • The return period for items from specific brands may vary. For example, certain brands only offer a 14-day return window starting from the shipping date.

  5. Final Sale Items: Be aware that some products are final sale and non-returnable under any circumstances. Always confirm if an item falls under this category before making a purchase.

Understanding the return policies for both non-custom and custom-made items can save you a lot of stress. Below, we break down the essential details you need to know.

Non-Custom Items

General Returns: If you're not fully satisfied with your non-custom portable tables, chairs, or accessories, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase. However, shipping charges are excluded from the refund.

Specific Restrictions:

  • Linens, Sheets, and Pillows: Due to hygiene concerns, these items can only be returned if the packaging remains unopened. Once opened, they are considered used and are non-returnable.
  • Restocking Fees: Certain brands charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to process the return.
  • Shipping Costs: If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

Custom-Made Items

General Rule: Custom-made items are specifically built for you and are non-refundable. This includes items like electric lift tables, custom portable tables and chairs, as well as custom accessories.

Conditions for Exception: Some brands allow exceptions for unopened items, but this is rare and usually requires direct approval from the manufacturer.

Specific Items:

  • Electric Lift Tables: These are typically non-returnable due to their custom-built nature.
  • Custom Portable Tables and Chairs: Similarly, these items are expressly manufactured for individual needs and cannot be returned.
  • Used Custom Items: Any custom-made item that has been used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Special Brand Policies

Certain brands have unique return policies that you should be aware of:

  • Oakworks products have a 14-day return policy from the shipping date and come with a 20% restocking fee. Many Oakworks items are custom-made and thus fall under the non-returnable category.
  • Pisces Pro products are custom-made and non-returnable.
  • Master Massage will accept returns but charge a 20% restocking fee.

Final Notes

All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please contact customer service if you have any questions or require clarification.

By understanding these policies, you can make more informed purchasing decisions and know what to expect should you need to make a return.

Restocking

We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return of skin and hair care, accessories,  and small bolsters, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange. The restocking fee is 10% on larger items such as portable tables and chairs, body cushions or larger cushion sets, cabinets, or similar items of 15 pounds or more, which is also waived if you choose a store credit or exchange an item. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. We will work with you to ensure the correct item is sent out as quickly as possible. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly. Return shipping for exchanges follows the same policy as returns.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
