How to See More Easily During Your Eye Surgery Recovery
The Face Down Support can be used on top of a table or a desk (shorter position) or at a counter (often higher for taller patients), as well as inserted into the space below your mattress for use with a bed. We also offer Day and Night Kits, with an extra Comfort Bolster for relaxing face down without inserting the support under the mattress.

The firm foam comfort bolster works well for large-breasted clients, or for anyone wanting another option for relaxation during the recovery period. The comfort bolster provides a slanted surface, which supports the spine in a face-down position, and works well with the platform folded down, and the face rest pad already included in this kit.

Return Information
You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Let us know how we can help you!
In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund. If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer. If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.
RETURN SHIPPING: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item. If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). Standard cost for most items is $5-$10 for small items, and $35-$50 for heavy items. Return shipping costs will be based on shipping weight and dimensions.
RESTOCKING: We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange.
REFUND TIMELINE: You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
