The Inner Strength E2 provides the ultimate in quality. With a frame crafted from premium Hardwood, a cradle-lock cabling system, and Reiki endplates, the E2 is remarkably stable and strong.

Thanks to rounded corners, a 3” triple-layer cushioning system, and hand upholstery in five popular colors, it is beautiful and comfortable, too.

    United States Domestic Orders

    • US Postal service delivers Monday - Saturday to most locations in the United States.
    • FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
    • FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
    • Express service is also available, and is an option for most items during checkout.  We use FedEx Express most often, but can also send items with USPS Express, UPS Express, or DHL Express.  If you have a question about shipping express, please don't hesitate to contact us

    International Orders

    • International items are shipped most often via US Postal Service to avoid additional customs handling by ground carriers. 
    • We will work with your requests for international shipping whenever possible, including working with alternate carriers.  Please note that we are very cautious about fraud for international shipments, and may require payment via wire transfer to work with alternate carriers.

    Are ibodycare products safe for all ages?

    Yes, we only use natural and safe ingredients. You can trust that we never use Parabens, GMOs, Sulfates, Hormone disruptors, biomutagens, or harmful additives. We wanted to address the concerns of our customers, so we avoid them entirely. If we use preservatives for shelf preservation, we would use the safest, least allergenic ones available.

    Are ibodycare products cruelty-free? 

    Yes, they are made with natural, cruelty-free, and non-GMO ingredients.

    Where are ibodycare personal care products made?

    All personal care products, such as lotions, balms, and masks, are made in the USA.

    Do ibodycare products contain any soy-derived ingredients?

    No, ibodycare products do not contain soy. We prioritize using natural ingredients that are safe and suitable for those with soy sensitivities or allergies.

    Are ibodycare products free from hormone disruptors?

    Yes. We are extra cautious about the additives used in our products to avoid any disruptions to pregnancy, hormone balance, or negative effects on normal hormone cycles. Our packaging is also free from biomutagens, which are BPA free.

    Packaging, Shipping and Delivery FAQ's

    Does ibodycare use styrofoam in their packaging materials?

    No. We are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Our packaging does not include Styrofoam. Our bottles are made from recyclable plastic.

    What does ibodycare offer in its Fast Ship program?

    The Fast Ship program at ibodycare allows customers to purchase products that are available to ship within 24-48 hours and typically arrive within 2-8 days. For even faster delivery, combine Fast Ship items with express shipping.

    Tracking shows delivered, but I don't have my package. What now?

    1. Check Tracking Status: After delivery, look at the tracking information or delivery notice to find out if the driver has left your package at a different location.

    2. Search Your Place: If no signature is needed, the driver might have left it in a safe place like your porch, side door, back porch, or garage. If a signature is needed, check with neighbors, the leasing office, or other people at your address.

    3. Still unable to locate the package: Get in touch with the shipping company directly.

    4. The package may have been stolen: Report the theft to the police. Please send us a copy of the police report at orders@ibodycare.com so we can start the claim process with the shipping company.

    What are the warranties offered by ibodycare?

    Return Information

    You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery.   We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Let us know how we can help you!

    In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund.  If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer.  If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.

    RETURN SHIPPING: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item. If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). Standard cost for most items is $5-$10 for small items, and $35-$50 for heavy items.  Return shipping costs will be based on shipping weight and dimensions.

    RESTOCKING: We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange.

    REFUND TIMELINE: You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
